Technical bagasse compost to feed cattle
Sugarcane is a common plant in Vietnam to produce sugar. Body cane contains 80-90% water services, in water containing about 16-18% which translated into sugar cane era old chin. After extraction of the juice of sugar cane Body care product obtained as bagasse.

I. APPLICATION OF bagasse:

Technical bagasse compost to feed the buffalo Vice- Chairperson As fuel sources provide heat for power plants, boilers. On the market there products compression member bagasse: Bagasse is put into a blender puree, dried, and then injected into the pellet form of solid pellets, diameter 6-8mm, length of 15-30 mm . The tablets can be used in industrial and consumer products as a source of fuel for heat from 4200 - 4700 Kcal / kg.
- As a source of raw materials for production of pulp.
- As a source of raw materials for plywood, ceiling level.
- Tablets bagasse can be used for housing gasket.
- How natural water filtration, heavy metal absorber (after treatment with appropriate methods).
- Incubate fermented fodder replace one part grass, straw.
- Incubate fermented fertilizer
- Incubate fermentable substrates mushroom, black fungus, Ganoderma
- Use of shrimp
Bagasse valuable energy and protein is very low, but this is a useful source of fiber. Can be used up to 25% in the diet of milking cows. Experience fattening Xiaqing gold in China's Zou and collaborators showed that gold may fattening food diets: Bagasse (35-41%), molasses (5%) and refined foods (bran and corn). After 100 days of fattening achieved an average increase Precautions: 866-921 g / day

II. METHODS Jeet fermenter
Bagasse is the waste material is well suited for fungi and bacteria in natural development. The total number of aerobic bacteria in bagasse 109-1010 cells / g and mold, yeast 106-107 cells / g. The species of microorganism contamination is growing very fast and strong competition for nutrients with the microorganisms ferment initiative. Two methods of sterilization of substrates used in this study was sterilized substrate by gamma irradiation and steam. When comparing the growth of the microorganism fermentation substrates were sterilized by steam and radiation are not affected and normal development. For gamma radiation dose of 15 kGy, it is sufficient to inactivate the entire mold, yeast present in the substrate. Sterilization method has many advantages when sterilizing a large number of substrates.

III. FERMENTATION PERFORMANCE bagasse
Results in Table 1 show that the performance of fermentation of Pleurotus species Sajor-caju on bagasse substrate was 75.26%, which means that after a period of fermentation and development of biomass, substrate volume lost 25%. This loss is part of the substrate is used to create the cell biomass and partial loss of CO2 in the form of decomposition, metabolic substrates. Also Pleurotus species Sajor-caju effective biologically, with fresh mushrooms 52.02 g per 100 g dry bagasse.

IV. NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF bagasse after fermentation
Quality of bagasse after fermentation is evaluated and shown in Table 2. At the end of the incubation period fiber (after 30 days), the amount of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin decreased slightly. But in the formative stages can result (after 45 days), the ingredients tend to decline. at this stage the amount of substrate can be mobilized for the development of cell biomass. Especially lignin and hemicellulose decline of 9% compared to the dry weight of the substrate material.

V. ASSESSING THE CRITERIA OF DRY CHEMICAL bagasse FERMENTATION
The level of digestible dry matter bagasse before and after fermentation are shown in Table 3. This parameter is determined on the basis of dry matter decomposes in experimental conditions in vitro and in vivo under the action of yeast pepsin, and cellulase enzyme bovine rumen incubation time difference 24, 48 and 72 hours.
Dry weight of bagasse fermentation decomposition (38.99%) in vitro compared with non-fermented bagasse (34.48%). The experimental digestion in the rumen, the dry matter of bagasse and bagasse fermentation decompose 41% and 48.77% after 48 hours of incubation. After 72 hours, the amount of dry bagasse fermentation digested 50.55%. Thus, bagasse after treatment with biological fermentation method by Pleurotus species Sajor-caju level improves digestion than 10%. For agricultural fiber digestion degree (41% after 48 hours of digestion in the rumen when used as feed for livestock substitute for natural grass resources need appropriate treatment methods to improve quality fibers
In summary, through the results of research on sugarcane bagasse processed by bio-fermentation method can be commented as follows:
Method of processing bagasse by biological fermentation method by Pleurotus species Sajor-caju is very effective, the entire product of sugar production process is used in a closed cycle, biomass production for human food and fiber product quality improved after fermentation with high protein and to evolve as a feed supplement for cattle.
