NUTRITIONAL VALUE EVALUATION OF INDUSTRIAL fermented cassava pulp ADDITIVES TO DO WITH FOOD ruminants
Industrial cassava pulp silage with different additives in nylon bags. The additives used are: rice bran 3% + 0.5% salt (by fresh weight) (BSC); molasses 3% + 0.5% salt (BSMa); and 0.5% salt (BSMu). Cassava pulp is mixed according to the formulas and anaerobic composting in 15 separate bags for each recipe. Food samples in 3 bags in each formula cans are taken randomly annealed at the time of 0, 7, 14, 21 and 42 days after incubation to analyze the chemical composition. PH value and HCN in the formula decreased rapidly after annealing. Low pH values below 3.8 after 21 days of incubation and HCN after 14 and 21 days of incubation, respectively falls below 100 and 80 mg / kg DM. The crude protein content is quite low (3.5 to 5.3% DM) in the tumor. From the results of the analysis show that industrial cassava pulp can be preserved by means of silage to feed for ruminants in farm conditions.
