Cornstarch is used in food processing longstanding. Often people use cornstarch thickener, adhesive substance as for sauces, soups, puddings and creams. Also, corn starch powder is also used as a backend for baked goods, baking cakes, biscuits. Corn starch is used as a thickener in soups and other foods such as sauces, gravy and eggs. Cornstarch also need help with cholesterol and prevent heart disease. [1] However, the corn flour made from refined starch becomes less nutritional value because it excludes components of fiber and protein as well as some vitamins and minerals that are inherently more in the martial arts outside of corn and corn germ. [1]
