Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee has issued No. 95 / QD-TTg regarding the Additional local master plan for industrial development phase of Dak Lak province from 2011 to 2020 and orientations to 2025 for fine processing projects tapioca.

According to the development plan, the starch factory with a capacity of 20,000 tonnes per capita / year, was built in the poorest districts, an area abundant cassava area, using technology, advanced equipments progress, avoid environmental pollution, producing high quality products.
5 plants were put into planning with a total capacity of nearly 76,000 tonnes / year, invested 242 billion, which is located in the commune, Krong Asia, districts M'Drak (capacity of 20,000 tons / year, invested 60 billion), Krong Jing communes, districts M'Drak (capacity of 20,000 tons / year, invested 60 billion), Cu Pui, Krong Bong (capacity of 850 tons / year, invested 12 billion) , Ea Pal, Ea Kar (capacity of 20,000 tons / year, invested 60 billion) and Industrial Complex Ea Dah, Krong Nang district (with a capacity of 15,000 tonnes / year, invested 50 billion).
