DRIED ANCHOVY
The dried anchovy dishes:
Dried fish is not salty because during drying, to marinated add a sufficient amount of salt to fish held long day. When used, reduce the salinity in the fish by soaking in lemon juice diluted with 5 - 10 minutes, depending on the type of fish.
