Organizations and inspection activities Agriculture and Rural Development
On 05.14.2015, the Government issued Decree No. 47/2015 / ND-CP on the organization and operation inspection ARD sector, regulations on the organization and operation of the agency performs inspection, inspectors agriculture and rural areas and responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals active in agriculture and rural inspectors.
Accordingly, the implementing agency inspection functions include:

- The State Inspector: Inspector MARD; Inspector DARD provinces and cities directly under the Central Government.

- The agencies assigned to perform the function of specialized inspection: General Department of Irrigation; Directorate of Forestry; General Fisheries; DAH; Plant Protection Department; DCP; Department of Livestock; Quality Assurance Department Agro-forestry and fisheries; Bureau of Economic Cooperation and Rural Development; Department of Agro-forestry, aquaculture and salt; Departments Horticulture and Plant Protection; Branch Livestock and Animal Health; FPD; Fisheries Department; Irrigation Departments; Rural Development Department; Quality Management Department of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries.

Regarding administrative inspection activities, inspectors MARD, DARD Inspector inspecting the implementation of policies, laws, duties and powers assigned by the agencies, organizations and individuals in and foreign countries to participate in activities in the field of agriculture and rural development are obliged to abide by the provisions of law in areas under state management of MARD and DARD.

For specialized inspections fisheries sector and inspection of the observance of specialized legislation on conservation and development of fisheries resources, fisheries, aquaculture, aquatic breeding, aquaculture feed, treatment products, improve the environment for aquaculture under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; other matters prescribed by law.
