According to documents that Department of Plant Protection (MARD) has sent units Phytosanitary Department: Department of Plant Protection has received notice of the General Department of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of plant Chinese characters on the detection of the beetle Sinoxylon capillatum, S. atratum, Heterobotrychus aequalis, Pharaxonotha kirschila object plant quarantine of China on import cassava from Vietnam.
